Description
The traffic signal at N Davis and Broad Streets is not calibrated properly. Drivers sit forever on N Davis waiting to turn left onto Broad Street. The traffic signal needs to be recalibrated. Out of desperation, drivers are running the red light since it will not change automatically for an extended period of time. This is creating a dangerous situation.
