Description
This is the 4th time I have opened a pothole ticket, the previous one under DPW000220007 was closed out by a city engineer who falsely claimed this was resolved. It has still not been repaired. The question now is how many tickets will it take before the city of Richmond can repair a pothole? Hopefully the 4th one here is the last one. Please complete the pothole repair in a timely manner.
