Description

On 09/21/25, II submitted Request ID: DPW000215698 to have the tree in front of my property at 3405 Florida Avenue assessed and potentially removed. Upon reviewing the request details, I noticed that the comments state a tree at 3406 Florida Avenue was removed on 11/05/25 which is the incorrect location. The request was specifically for the tree at **3405** not **3406**. The tree at 3405 is still causing problems, as it continues to drop large limbs. This issue requires immediate attention.
