Description

Will continue to create this ticket until the city takes action to resolve a hazard that has physically injured 7 people in the last year. Legal action will be considered if tree is not removed. The tree drops thousands of gumballs onto walkways. In the past year, SIX people have fallen, including 2 elderly women who fell onto their backs. Despite reasonable efforts to keep the area clear, the volume of gumballs make the sidewalk a severe hazard.
