Description
This is not a duplicate! This is a new request for this tree to be cut down, not simply pruned. The tree drops thousands of gumballs onto the sidewalk, creating a persistent hazard. In the past year, SIX people have fallen, including 2 elderly women who fell backward onto their backs. My wife also fell while holding our baby, twisting her ankle. Despite reasonable efforts to keep the area clear, the volume of gumballs make the sidewalk unsafe. Legal action will be considered if more are hurt.
