Description
The tree drops thousands of gumballs onto the sidewalk, creating a persistent hazard. In the past year, SIX people have fallen, including 2 elderly women who fell backward onto their backs. My wife also fell while holding our baby, twisting her ankle. Roots are also breaking the sidewalk, compounding the danger. Despite reasonable efforts to keep the area clear, the volume and persistence of fallen gumballs make the sidewalk unsafe for extended periods each year. This tree must be removed.
