Description
Henrico is constructing a protected bike lane on Dumbarton. They apparently are still adding road markings and signs. It is not clear if the bike lane extends into the city. The current markings/arrows indicate that the far right lane is not for cars. Right Turns are to be made from the former center lane. The old right lane has NO markings. Cones or some signs are needed to prevent the right lane from being used by vehicles.
