Description

A new tree was planted on 12/16/25 on the curb strip in front of my property. It was planted directly where RVA utility dug to repair the sewage line in June of this year. Due to this, the tree cannot stay where it is planted. It is directly above access to the sewage line for my property. I am requesting assistance in relocating the tree. Thank you
