Description

The construction fence blocks the view for oncoming cars from two directions. Going up norfolk towards roseneath you are unable to see if there is a car coming from your left side. Coming down mactavish towards norfolk you are unable to see if there are cars (that do not have a stop sign) coming down norfolk. The black mesh needs to be removed from that fence.
