Description
While I appreciate the effort that was made a few weeks back to pick up litter in and around Carytown, it doesn't seem to be a consistent concern or a consistent action. Carytown is busier than ever and it is full of litter again. Included in this are different public works leaving behind signs and cones in the streets. Isn't there a way to make Carytown a regular stop on the fight against litter and employ city workers to pay attention to it? We do not want a neighborhood of rats and mice.
