Comments
- Staff · December 18, 2025The Department of Public Works conducted a site review of the area, including the center median in the 400 block of Westover Hills Blvd near Forest Hill Blvd. At this time, staff confirmed that while multiple signs are present within the public right-of-way, they are not located within active travel lanes and do not currently obstruct sight distance or create an immediate safety hazard.Based on these findings, no immediate action is required at this time. DPW will continue to monitor the location periodically, and if conditions change or the signs begin to pose a safety concern, appropriate corrective action will be taken. At the appropriate time, the responsible parties will be contacted regarding removal of the signs. We appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. Please feel free to submit a new request or follow up through RVA311 if conditions change or additional concerns arise.
