Description
The light at Bliley Rd and Forest Hill Ave has broken timing. For the traffic going West bound towards 76, the light turns green with a green left arrow only in that direction for 2 minutes. Traffic backs up with 50+ cars waiting to go straight East Bound on Forest Hill Ave while only 1-2 cars make a left the other direction in the two minutes the signal has a green left arrow. This also delays the light for those going from Bliley onto Forest Hill. Bliley light should be 5-10 secs longer too.
