Description
This is in reference to my request for a speedbump on my block, ref. #DPW000221949. There may be an alleged speed limit but it's not adhered to. There is bus stop on the corner of McDowell and Ludwig Road. There is a speed bump on the next block east on Ludwig Road. After that, some people think they're on a drag strip. No reason for this and speed bump will slow them down. There are kids and pets that roam these streets.
