Description
The actual address is the trafic light at the intersection of N 7th and E Duval St. Stated that between 5pm and 6:30pm the traffic light goes several cycles without turning and the one way traffic get backed up to the train tracks. This is going southbound towards J Sargent Reynolds parking deck
