Description
The 1300 block alley between N 27th and N 28th streetneeds to be regraded and graveled. It narrows significantly at mid-block, making it difficult for homeowners to access their rear parking spaces. The primary cause is persistent overgrown vegetation, which has required repeated cutting. I recommend paving this alley to reduce ongoing maintenance and permanently resolve the issue.
