Description
Building being renovated. 2033 West Broad St 23220. The 3 story building on the back side (alley) the downspouts or lack of is pouring rain water onto the alley below. This is a hazard for pedestrians and motorists utilizing the right of way. I believe downspouts need to be hooked up to the storm water pipes as our homes are.
