The original complaint described a damaged utility cover located in the left travel lane just before the 7th & Marshall Parking Lot entrance, marked at the time with a small cone and identified as a roadway hazard. ROW Inspector indicated that the reported vault/handhole has been repaired and now has a lid in place. No open or missing utility covers were observed in the left travel lane during follow-up review. Based on the available documentation and confirmation that all observed vaults in the area are now covered, the reported condition appears to have been corrected, and no active roadway hazard remains at this location at this time.
