Description

Lots of pedestrians crossing Semmes Ave. at W 21st St to access JRPS, Fas Mart, and Spring Hill neighborhood. Very unsafe with continual stream of fast moving traffic and no accommodations for pedestrians. Multiple near misses witnessed. Request improved safety measures for pedestrians at this location. Lots of development planned for this location, it is only a matter of time before someone is hurt if no changes are made.

    Safe pedestrian crossings of Semmes Ave in this area exist at Fire Station # 17 and at Cowardin Ave. Both have crosswalks and pedestrian signal indications.
