Description
The light cycle at 7th and Duval is not functioning properly and needs to be retimed. Coming from the VCU I-Deck heading South on 7th Street in the evening, the light does not cycle green for upwards of 10 minutes while the other directions cycle to allow traffic. This is leading to people making illegal lefts on red and driving in the wrong lane of traffic in order to bypass traffic created by people leaving the VCU I-deck becoming stuck at the light.
