Thank you for contacting the City of Richmond regarding your concern about possible construction debris in the alley behind 100 E 33rd Street. A site inspection has been completed, and we found no construction debris or obstruction in the alley. A contractor is currently performing a sanitary sewer repair, but all work being done is within the utility area and does not block access. At this time, the alley remains clear, and no further action is necessary. We appreciate your report and your help in keeping our community safe and maintained. If you observe any future issues, please don’t hesitate to submit another RVA311 request.
