Description
People speed up Cleveland street and there is a major risk of t-bone style wrecks with people leaving the alley between Hanover and Stuart. There is a large parking area in the alley and there is no way to see traffic coming up Cleveland when exiting the alley because cars block the view. Speeding traffic makes collisions more likely. I live on Hanover and use the alley parking, and have almost been hit multiple times by speeding through traffic on Cleveland. Something needs to be done.
