Description
The whole area from the stairs at 26th and E Franklin down to Main St has become a trash heap. Bottles, needles, and waste is everywhere. It has attracted racoons and wild cats. It appears there have been other requests but it has not been addressed. This area accumulates trash and needs regular maintenance thank you
