Description
Tree is breaking and dropping limbs, almost hit my grandson, it is breaking the sidewalk apart which makes people trip or fall daily including the mailman, visitors, myself & family. The sidewalk is worse, but when the city came out, they said they have to get rid of the tree because it's roots are breaking up the sidewalk & directed me to 311 (this site) to get that taken care of first
