Description
Most all of the residences on the 1500/1600 block of Bainbridge have overflowing garbage cans permanently kept on and along the sidewalk. Often times, there are large items such as couches blocking the sidewalk. The cans and piles of garbage also make it difficult to enter and exit vehicles parked along the street. Not to mention, it is rather "trashy" when you enter the neighborhood of Manchester on a high use road, and the garbage is all you notice.
