Description
Large tree along the main overlook at Libby Hill Park has a massive broken limb lodged precariously in the tree. It seems like it must have broken in a storm some time ago and got wedged in the tree rather than falling to the ground, but it was probably not noticeable until just now since the leaves have dropped. It appears very dangerous to me, I would think it is unsafe to stand under this tree at present. Tree is located at these approximate coordinates: 37.52730773851374, -77.41798929421712
