Description

Owner of 3221 Cutshaw Ave called in about alleyway directly next to his business - alleyway has been neglected by city and filled with trash presumably from tenants at this property - large weeds, railroad ties, and other garbage have been placed here - also a shed has been built in the alley. Needs assessment.
