Description

Very low hanging branches from the magnolia tree that is draping over the sidewalk from 3123 Hanover Ave. This property is littered in garbage, rats, and this obstruction is the next issue. Walking the sidewalk in front of this property requires people to completely duck to avoid hitting their head on these branches. It is a danger and a nuisance!
