Description
When the new lanes were painted on Hamilton south of Monument (where you have to either return left or right onto Monument, no straight lane) they outline all the lanes with light paint but never filled in the line that indicated where cars are supposed to stop in the left turn lane. Because of this, cars pull all the way up in the left turn lane, leaving no room for cars to trim right onto Hamilton off of Monument. You can see where the lines were supposed to be painted but they didn’t finish
