Description
This is a follow-up to the previous request bc it was stated that it happens on Mondays. So the engineer cannot tell yet. Driving southbound on Hermitage, to turn left onto Brookland Parkway, the light sometimes goes 4 plus rounds before giving the green light to turn. This seems to specifically happen on Mondays between the hours of 8:15 - 9 a.m. It could be other times on that day, but that is when I use that road. It doesn't seem to be that way on other days of the week for me, though."
