Description
Requesting a recalibration or reprogramming, not quite a repair. The traffic light going south (going away from 76) stays red for a very long time. The opposite traffic continues for at least a full minute, even if no cars have passed. The light builds up a long line behind it, passed the railroad which is it's own safety concern.
