Description

Tree between sidewalk and street appears to be dead or dying. All bark is starting to peel off the tree and only half of the trees leaves were green this summer. Tree has very little growth and blooms this spring. Peeling bark has become more extensive. Please update as to when tree will be removed. Thank you.
