Description
My previous request was closed with the comment “nothing out”. That’s simply not true. It is visible in the photos I previously uploaded. The trash cans are in the back of the parking lot and there is a large accumulation of someone’s personal belongings behind them. It will be quite obvious once a look is actually taken behind the cans. Thank you.
