Description
Yesterday, the City sent a crew (not requested or announced) and cut down our entire privacy hedgerow between the alley and backyard. While upsetting to lose our privacy, it is even more discouraging at what a terrible job they did. They are angular stumps of varying height, some of which have dangerous points. We need the city to return and complete the job by cutting the ALL of the stumps cleanly at ground level. The city needs to complete the job.
