Description
The storm water gutter in front of our house has slowly filled with silt and dirt over the years so it can hold very little water or none in places. When there is a heavy rain, the water pours over the gutter and down the yard and up against the house. Most of the neighbors have gutters that are paved and ours is dirt or grass. At a minimum it needs to be dug out again or preferably dug out and paved. This would also protect the road edges from crumbling and falling into our storm water gutter.
