Description
The traffic flow this morning coming across the 9th st bridge to downtown was awful due to the traffic signal at 9th and Canal changing to red shortly after the light before on 9th and Byrd. It looks like this was changed for rush hour traffic at 5pm to help with traffic flow going towards manchester, but this needs to be changed for morning time rush hour. Traffic was backed up across the bridge, which was a first. Thank you!
