Description
There is a hole in the sidewalk right out front of 209 N 3rd St. We witnessed a woman walking down the sidewalk who stepped into the hole, fell and hurt herself. This is an immediate danger. In addition, the grate against the building right next to this hole is also a major tripping hazard and does not look safe for pedestrians. It does not close all the way leaving a gap for a foot to get caught.
