Description
During peak hours, northbound vehicles on 2nd street are driving through the bicycle lane beginning at the end of on-street parking all the way to the signal at Byrd. I have seen vehicles driving all the way through the bike lane almost hit vehicles trying to enter the outer northbound thru/right lane. Bike lane needs additional flex posts at end of parallel parking to prevent vehicles from driving through it.
