Description
I am submitting a request to make the corner of venable and pink street a 4 way stop. Currently there are no stop signs on venable street at the intersection of pink and venable and pink street has residential parking along the length. Because of this, two way traffic from venable turns into one way traffic and creates collisions. My car has been totalled twice just parked on the side of the road (see most recent police report on May 14 with a multicar collisions) and police report today Nov 2

- Staff · November 5, 2025The Department of Public Works must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to all streets open to public travel. An engineering study was performed in accordance with the MUTCD. The intersection Venable St and Pink St does not meet the MUTCD traffic volume requirements for an all-way stop.
