Description
Sat., Nov. 01, 2025 @ 2300. The paved surface of 7100 - 7198 Riverside Drive, along the South section of the JRPS, “Pony Pasture Parking area” is in ABSOLUTE disrepair. Participants in the November 2025 RVA Marathon could suffer leg and ankle injuries while running along the cratered and uneven surface of 7100 - 7198 Riverside Drive. Guard rails are covered with vegetation, limbs & debris. Crumbling ditches are overgrown with vegetation. IMMEDIATE RVA DPW attention IS NEEDED for this site.
