Description

There is a very damaged tree in front of 2407 2nd Avenue which is continuing to drop limbs during each windstorm on our street, our vehicles, and our yards. Also, a diseased oak was removed from the curb area in front of my house in July, but the huge stump is still there. I hope that the stump can be removed, and a new shade tree could be planted at my house at 2409 2nd Avenue 23222. Thanks very much!
