Description
This is a hazard reduction request for a "No Left on Red" sign at the intersection of Franklin and 2nd streets. Drivers turning left on red from Franklin onto 2nd frequently fail to check for pedestrians crossing Franklin or 2nd. They focus only on right-coming traffic. The turn is already potentially illegal due to crossing two bidirectional bike lanes. I have almost been hit twice. A sign is needed to prevent accidents.
