Description
This is new info for DPW000210633 for oak tree on Bellevue near Chevy Chase (see pic/assigned for pruning). There is now a hole near the base of tree on sidewalk side (see pic). I stuck a stick in and the tree is hollow! This tree has large limbs overhanging sidewalk & street and is tangled in electric lines. For safety reasons at a much used sidewalk, please remove tree ASAP! Thanks!
