Description

There is a broken limb suspended vertically over the middle of Stonewall Avenue at the intersection of W. 25th Street. This area sees numerous cars and walkers, including children going to school each day and folks walking their dogs. It will only take a strong wind for it to come down and seriously hurt someone or damage a passing vehicle. See images attached.
