Description

This tree looks like a big dead branch could easily break off and fall on a car or a person below. I called 311 a few weeks ago and reported it, but no one has come yet. You need to put a warning notice the day before so that people don't park there on the day you are cutting the dead limb (the last time the city came to trim the dead limb and they couldn't because a car was parked underneath it). Many thanks for your help!
