Description

Individuals continually make u-turns from 7th street rather than going around the circle to enter the Federal Reserve garage parking lane coming of the circle. This occurs regularly, even during high congestion times and an accident may be caused not to mention disruption to other drivers. Signage would be appreciated.

There is no sign, but a one way on the circle seems necessary
