Description
Huge dangerous stumps covered in poisin ivy. Children have been falling off stumps and tripping over the poisonous vines. In front of 2504 Hawthorne Ave. on the hillside going down to the park. Stumps might eventually roll down the hill and hurt tennis fans and players. These stumps are a major liability for the city.
