Description
The continued growth of vegetation is into the road on Spring Grove 2-3 feet into the street. There are limbs scratching cars. It has become a wall of growth. It inhibits 2 cars passing, as one will stop to wait to avoid their car being scratched and the street is getting smaller and smaller. It needs to be cut way back!
