Description

Tree was pruned by city summer 2023 but continues to drop limbs and has several dead limbs remaining. Dead branches hang over parking area and sidewalk. One month ago, a very large mushroom appeared at base of tree trunk, I believe indicating that this tree is actively rotting/dying. Please remove tree so a new healthy tree can be planted
