There’s a small utility cover missing in an area with heavy pedestrian use in the sidewalk. It’s a big tripping for hazard for elderly, children and animals.

    This location was inspected on 11/01/25. There is a missing utility top in sidewalk. There is also 6, 6x6 slabs of damaged concrete due to tree roots. This location will be repaired with the rating system and the safety hazard concerns.
