Description
This morning the alley that l use to access my garage was blocked in not one but two separate places. One by parking. Another by someone detailing cars in the middle of the alley. In addition there are houses that are not heeping their part of the alley cleared but then parking where someone else does. Also a trailer that hasnt moved in years and l have called about twice continues to take up space. I have list my patience. My next call is to an attorney.
